Hello and welcome to Heritage Trail Cafe and Coffee Roasters!

As of April 1, 2019, Heritage Trail Cafe and Coffee Roasters is now under new ownership. The new owners are quite pleased to continue the tradition of great hot and cold coffee drinks as well as a few other specialty drinks sure to tickle the taste buds. Perhaps equally important though, Heritage Trail Cafe and Coffee Roasters will be offering some new baked goods which includes some gluten free choices, sugar free choices, and some that will make Mom’s and Dad’s happy as they search for healthy snacks and treats for both their children and themselves. New items will be phased in over the coming weeks and months. In addition to tasty baked treats, Heritage Trail will be making a few changes to its breakfast and lunch menu. Immediate changes will include the addition of traditional biscuits and gravy as well as great tasting pecan wood smoked bacon as an option to go along with Terry’s Signature cayenne candied bacon. YOUR CHOICE for breakfast or lunch sandwiches!!!!

We are excited to bring fresh, in-house roasted coffee and delicious food to historic downtown Ellettsville.  We use our beans to hand-craft and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks. Coffee and espresso drinks can be served hot or cold along with traditional cold drinks such as frappe’s and iced teas. We also have our very own cold brew system and nitro cold brew system.

We also offer a breakfast and lunch menu. You will also want to try our fresh made-from-scratch bakery items. Bakery items include scones, muffins, cookies, granola bars, brownies, lemon bars, and seasonal favorites. Some of our bakery items are made with gluten free ingredients as well as some for our vegetarian and vegan friends. Some of our bakery treats are also made using zero white refined sugar. See Our Menu page for a detailed overview of all our offerings.

About our beans and where they come from....

We currently buy our coffee beans from Cafe Imports. They not only have a great selection of beans from around the world, but they are a great resource for learning all aspects of coffee from growing and harvesting, to roasting and cupping.
